About Ebentive
Your child’s teacher is the secret to their academic success!
At Ebentive, we guarantee teacher, curriculum, and assignment flexibility to teach according to your child’s needs at the moment. We provide a holistic, comprehensive, and independent-designed curriculum to address the specific and unique needs of each student.
In response to the significant shortage of special education teachers in several states, Ebentive was established in 2008 to make a difference in the lives of school-age children, especially those with learning disabilities. As the teacher shortage continues, Ebentive has remained an authentic alternative learning resource for children with learning disabilities through fun, innovative, and engaging online platforms.
Ebentive is an accomplished, respected, and valuable national educational resource provider. We are a vetted and reliable independent support resource provider for several state Departments of Education, including New York, Virginia, and Florida. Please contact me if your state is not listed to begin consultative services.
Who We Serve
Individuals
Our students include exceptional students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and private pay students seeking academic support. We specialize in grades 5-12, and we also provide services to students in younger grades when authorized by your Department of Education.
Small Groups
We facilitate small group sessions with exceptional students, providing them opportunities to work collaboratively with other children with learning disabilities. These interactive sessions foster children’s abilities to work together while strengthening their individual learning skills. Small group sessions help special needs students harness their talents used elsewhere as tools for learning. Each group has a maximum of 5 students.
Our one-on-one and small group sessions are designed to help students adopt tools and techniques to overcome their learning disabilities and make consistent progress as they catch up with their general education classmates.
College-Bound Students
Students engage in thought-provoking training to prepare them to pass college entrance exams and write meaningful admissions essays. Our sessions explore existing learning deficits and establish a test-taking curriculum to improve their test scores.
Students also learn writing strategies and techniques to enhance their storytelling skills as they create admissions essays that capture the attention of essay readers. Our special needs students consistently pass the English language arts (ELA) and Math Regents exams on their first attempt.
It is important that students are aware of the commitment involved in registering for this course. Students should be prepared to complete additional assignments to improve their skills in each subject matter.
Math Teachers
High school math teachers, reinforce your math teaching skills with evidence-based educational strategies to transform your classroom! We assess your current skills and identify areas of improvement needed to prepare your students for 21st-century learning.
