Terms & Conditions

• Private pay billing will be applied except when Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Authorization for Related Services are submitted.

• All classes are held Monday through Friday.

• Sunday marks the beginning of the session week.

• School-Aged Individual tutoring and Small Groups tutoring is for grade school students or adult learners who are learning English

• Minimum of 3 hours per week for School-Aged Individual tutoring, Small Groups, Test & Essay Prep, and IEP tutoring.

• Teach the Math Teacher requires a 3-hour per week commitment.

• Advanced scheduling for Test & Essay Prep is encouraged as time slots are limited.

• Students should make their best efforts to attend every session to get the most out of the course

• Automatic payments will be made using the payment method on file by 5:00 p.m. Sunday prior to the session week for School-Aged Individual tutoring, Small Groups, and IEP. 

Refund Policy

• 10% cancellation fee assessed for School-Aged Individual Tutoring, Small Groups, Test & Essay Prep, and Military Families for cancellations made 8 or more days prior to the Sunday that the Course begins

• 25% cancellation fee assessed for Teach the Match Teacher for cancellations made 8 or more days prior to course start date

• No refund for cancellations made within 7 calendar days prior to the Sunday before the session week or course start date

• No refund for no-shows, student lateness, or missing a session of the student's own accord

• Instructor lateness or cancellations will be made up at no additional cost to the student at a mutually agreed time
